There are three easy ways to order from Hobbyland Stores.com.:

1. By phone. Use our toll free phone number (1-888-350-1354), provide us with your credit card information for billing, and we will ship the order directly to you.

2. By fax. Use our fax number (1-614-866-1649) to send in your order. We will call you back to confirm your order and collect credit card information, then ship the order to you.

3. By our secure order form: Our Secure Ordering is temporarily unavailable.
 

Payment:
Hobbyland Stores.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Cashier's checks, money orders, business checks, and personal checks are also accepted, but all checks must be in U.S. funds. If payment is by personal or business check, merchandise may be held up pending clearance of your check.

Shipping:
For shipping in the contiguous 48 states, there will be a minimum charge of $8.00. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign addresses will be the actual costs plus a $5.00 handling fee. We will ship via FedEx Ground unless you specify otherwise.  We think it is best to ship via FedEx Ground because the US Postal Service is typically more expensive for the same level of service.

Insurance:
We will insure all shipments sent by UPS for the full actual value. The US Postal Service (surface or air) has varying maximum insurance coverages. Higher value shipments requested to be sent by US mail are made only at the customer's own risk.

Refunds:
Refunds, credit, or exchange will be provided if an item is returned to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the customer. Item must be in original packaging and a telephone call to us explaining the circumstances would be appreciated so we can follow up on any problems. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all returns and it should be included with the packaging. Returns received later than fourteen (14) days will not be honored.

Ohio residents must include 6.75% sales tax.
